Luis Presents: Kidney Kingdom

Kidney Kingdom is me and my family’s new stage play. It won the Golden Gibbo at the 2012 Melbourne Comedy Festival. Me and my family also won the national final for Raw Comedy in 2012, which was very exiting!

Now Kidney Kingdom is back for the Melbourne Fringe in September and October. Please come.

Because the doctor said my dad has been sick lately because of his old kidneys, we decided to make a show to help him buy a kidney operation.

Operations are very expensive. The show we’re doing, Kidney Kingdom, stars me, Luis, from Lessons with Luis.

It’s about a young boy who goes on a adventure to Kidney Kingdom to get his sick dad a new kidney. On his adventure the boy learns and teaches lessons about the world and makes new friends along the way. You will learn about comedy, lamingtons, cats and mums. The show stars me Luis, from Lessons with Luis, and my dad and little brother are helping too.

Did you know there are dinosaurs in my show? Correct. But not real ones. Real dinosaurs are dead. This is not a real dinosaur either. It is just a cartoon dinosaur. But my show is not a cartoon, it is real.
